HERE ARE THE GOOD TIMES TO GET IN FRONT OF YOUR SCREEN IN EASTERN STANDARD TIME

(Greenwich -5 hours)
8 PM – 11 PM
4 AM – 6:30 AM
9 AM – 12 NOON

Sundays are tricky days in the market , it is a good day to sit back and watch and stalk a trade for the middle of the week. This is the day I spend working on charts and gathering dates for the week!

MONDAY
8 PM – 11 PM
4 AM – 6:30 AM
9 AM – 12 NOON
Mondays can be tricky in markets as well, be careful taking trades on Monday.

TUESDAY
8 PM – 11 PM
4 AM – 6:30 AM
9 AM – 12 NOON
Much better day to trade.

WEDNESDAY
Same as Tuesday
Another good day to trade

THURSDAY
Same as Tuesday
Another good day to trade

FRIDAY
Same as Tuesday, but….
Friday is the hardest day to trade. Square up moves often happen. Squaring will be covered later in the course. Friday is the day to trade against the trend and look for reversals and square ups.

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY
Usually when the professionals take off and relax and that is what we want to do as well. Hard to give u times for these days except Sunday market opening in Asia
